Getting Smart About the Dangers of Your Smart Devices

For most of us living in the 21st century, we couldn't imagine a day without our "smart" phone. Whether it's talk, text, work emails, setting an alarm, booking a flight, or making a grocery list, we rely on our tech-savvy constant companion to help manage our day-to-day. But what if I told you that this daily behavior was toxic? Yes, the most dependable relationship you've ever known with the cutest little piece of metal is actually causing your body damage. Nooooo, say it isn't so! But why??? Well, it's because your magic little helper is emitting EMFs.

What are EMFs? The dictionary defines Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) as a field of force that consists of both electric and magnetic components, resulting from the motion of an electric charge and containing a definite amount of electromagnetic energy. Interesting...but why should we care?

The World Health Organization tells us that EMFs are everywhere. These energy fields negatively impact our bodies, by interfering with our own highly sensitive electrical systems. People react to EMFs in different ways. Some of the most common devices giving off these electric charges come from phones, computers, and charging stations. Which means you are constantly being exposed to EMFs.

Studies have shown that these waves cause and exacerbate a range of health problems. They impact our bodies on a cellular level, leading to problems with a host of illnesses. EMFs have been connected with everything from headaches and insomnia to infertility, depression, and cancer.

People who suffer from chronic illness are also more likely to have electromagnetic sensitivity, which means that you’re more likely to suffer from severe reactions to EMFs. Some may not notice any symptoms, while others experience a range of symptoms, including:

  • Infertility and sexual changes
  • Problems with the digestive system
  • Symptoms throughout the ear nose and throat
  • Depression and inability to focus
  • Eye blurriness and burning
  • Skin symptoms like rashes, prickling, and burning
  • Limb and muscle aches
  • Nervous system issues leading to sleep problems and fatigue

If you feel like you have some of the above symptoms and want to further educate yourself on the dangers of EMF, go to EMF.CARE

Start protecting you and your loved ones right now!

With so many different sources of EMF in the world today, it can be very difficult to lower your dose to nothing. However, just because you can’t avoid EMF entirely, does not mean you are unable to reduce your exposure.

We know we can't ask people to start living without their smartphone, but we can be mindful of when, where and how long we use them. Start avoiding the use or gifting of items such as Apple Watches, Bluetooth products (especially headphones), Smart-home/yard/security/solar devices.

If these items unavoidable in your life then you do really research fully all other options for general environmental mitigation. The rest of us all can at the very least start with wearing an ADR chip and putting another one on any handheld device, or laptop.

ADR chips help to mitigate the frequencies that our body is constantly being exposed to. They also protect against EMF, as well as support the immune system for brain/mood/gut/endocrine. Pets & children are the most sensitive to the effects of EMF, then women, and lastly men. Today is the day to start protecting yourself & your loved ones by wearing one of our ADR chips.

Doctor AMara tested 32 different personal use EMF mitigation units - including GIA, Biopro, Qlink, etc. Some can cost as much as $150 per pendant, but nothing compares to the ADR chip, as it does not seem to need to be cleared or recharged. ALL others do and it all depended on the level of exposure, so no blanket recommendations could be made.

For maximum protection, the goal is to keep the ADR chip as close to the body as possible for personal mitigation and they should be worn 24/7. They can be attached to:

  • Personal pendants
  • Pinned to shirts
  • Tied/clipped to shoelaces
  • Bra Straps
  • Belt loops
  • Placed in wallets
  • On keychains in pockets

We also highly recommend putting an ADR chip on:

  • Cell phones (critical – mini microwave)
  • iPad / tablets / laptops
  • Smart TVs
  • Router
  • Smart Meter
  • other Bluetooth devices
