About Doctor AMara
Doctor AMara has been an urgent-care integrative doctor for 22 years and in 2019 created a line of combination homeopathics for people and pets to help with acute and chronic conditions. She had been preparing to launch this publically when COVID hit. The COVID crisis brought in huge challenges and to meet these challenges she created a new immune support and gentle detoxification system that has kept hundreds of pets and people out of the ER. These have thus far only been available to her active clients.
Doctor AMara is ready to offer something more, not only to her clients but to everyone. Something beyond the remedies and nano supplements . People need to be empowered to do this healing work on themselves and their animals, and she wants to share her decades of knowledge and experience to give them the tools they need. This virtual class is about medical empowerment: prevention and treatment tools, mindset, and a wealth of real experiences in healing both humans and animals.
In addition to basic tools for many common illnesses and conditions, Doctor AMara will address the mental and emotional impact of acute and chronic stress and its physical effect on the hormonal system. This class will offer concrete proven tools to fill some of the huge gaps in current medicine and restore a positive mindset and healthy mind-body balance.
During her time as an urgent-care doctor and advocate, Doctor AMara lost friends and family members because they could not afford or access vital treatment. These losses have made her all the more dedicated to help those in greater need: single parents, families in crisis, veterans, at-risk youth/teens/young adults, the homeless, etc. -- anyone who is in need and open to greater possibilities for healing beyond the standard traditional medical mindset and limitations. Doctor AMara has co-created miracles beyond measure with those ready for that limitless possibility.

Doctor AMara has been sponsoring many families and households for acute and ongoing trauma (all levels) and medical management since the beginning of C*. She has housed several acutely ill C*-positive people to assist rapid recovery within 1-3 days in a home health environment. (No claims can be made in a public forum without backlash.) One was a single mother who would have been separated from her 4-year-old child with no support system. In past years, Doctor AMara has also housed and supported several homeless people with Traumatic Brain Injury and PTSD to give them the time and support to find their inner resources and achieve a new sense of stability.
Illness, mental illness, and trauma and toxicity are all related and many people need varied levels of support at different times.
